IMS Lady Mounties Are Basketball Champs!

IMS Girls Basketball team - 2010 Jefferson County ChampsThe Irondale Middle School Girls Basketball team defeated Hueytown to take home the Jefferson County Tournament trophy earlier this month.

A special congratulations go to Alyese Givens, tournament MVP, and Frantisha Tyson and Morgan William, who were named to the All-Tournament team.

As icing on the cake, the Lady Mounties finished their 2009-2010 season undefeated.  Congratulations Ladies!
